Five Pawns

Five Pawns, a name that derives from the five tastes perceptible to the human palate: sweet, bitter, sour, salty and umami, was founded in 2012 and is inspired by the game of chess.
Just as it happens in the same, the process of creating flavors is conceived as moving the pieces of a pawn.
Even the very complexity of the aromatic molecules varies as the infinity of possible moves in the game, with the primary objective of consolidating flavors without the use of any compromise and thanks to the use of top quality natural ingredients.
